Funded Cycle Training Programme
for Schools

Cycle Right is the national standard for cycle training in Ireland and is delivered in collaboration with the Department of Transport and the RSA. The programme is produced and managed by Cycling Ireland and delivered through trained, accredited providers like Bike School.

Cycle Right aims to promote competent, confident cyclists by offering practical skills and safety training to participants of all ages—from primary school children to adults.

As an accredited provider, Bike School staff hold:

  • Valid Garda Vetting (via Cycling Ireland)

  • Sport Ireland Safeguarding 1 certification

  • Appropriate First Aid qualifications

  • Evidence of insurance
